2. 百螢 鈣紫綠素500 CytoCalcein 405nm激發簡介及作用
鈣紫綠素500 CytoCalcein 405nm激發 是美國AAT Bioquest生產的細胞活力測定 試劑,CytoCalcein Violet 500設計用于以與鈣黃綠素AM相同的方式標記活細胞。它具有在405 nm處的最大激發,與流式細胞儀的紫色激光線完全匹配,也可以用熒光顯微鏡的激發源很好地激發。進入活細胞后,弱熒光的CytoCalcein Violet 500水解為強熒光染料,其最大激發/發射波長為405 nm / 500 nm。與典型的FACS熒光團的出色光譜分離為多重實驗提供了更多選擇。CytoCalcein Violet 450,CytoCalcein Violet 500,CytoCalcein Blue 550和CytoCalcein Blue 600已開發用于流式細胞儀。CytoCalcein 染料顯示出與Calcein,AM類似的生物學特性。它們針對各種流式細胞儀的激發波長進行了優化,為活細胞的流式細胞術分析提供了其他顏色。CytoCalcein Violet 450和CytoCalcein Violet 500被405 nm的紫色激光充分激發,并分別在450 nm和500 nm發射熒光。
