裝配式冷庫安裝的八點注意：

1、閥門使用前應對傳動裝置進行調試，保持傳動裝置各項功能完好，極限行程和過力矩保護控制可靠；

2、閥門傳動裝置各潤滑部位調試使用前要充分加潤滑油；

3、安裝前應將閥門內腔清洗干凈，并清除在運輸中造成的缺陷；

4、放風閥安裝應保持蝶閥傳動軸呈水平狀態，活塞閥垂直向上的位置。

5、定期加注潤滑油，保持各運動部件的良好潤滑條件；

6、在使用一段時間后，如發現活塞關閉不嚴漏風應檢查更換活塞環；

7、啟動電動裝置前，應仔細閱讀隨機提供的電動裝置說明書；

8、閥門使用后要定期觀察啟閉運行狀況，發現問題及時處理。
