別藻藍(lán)蛋白 APC是由藻膽蛋白提取出的一種熒光染料。藻膽蛋白由許多亞基組成，每個(gè)亞基具有蛋白質(zhì)骨架，線(xiàn)性四吡咯發(fā)色團(tuán)與其共價(jià)結(jié)合。藻紅蛋白（紅色）和藻藍(lán)蛋白（藍(lán)色）是兩種主要的藻膽蛋白。建議將所有藻膽蛋白及其結(jié)合物（優(yōu)選在中性緩沖溶液中）冷藏，從不冷凍。

藻膽蛋白[包括B-藻紅蛋白（B-PE），R-藻紅蛋白（R-PE）和別藻藍(lán)蛋白（APC）]是用于生物學(xué)檢測(cè)的超靈敏熒光染料。

• 藻紅蛋白（B-PE）具有三個(gè)吸收帶，在545nm處具有大吸收。

• 藻紅蛋白（R-PE）從紅藻中分離。其主要吸收峰位于565nm，第二峰位于496nm和545nm。

C-藻藍(lán)蛋白（C-PC）在許多藍(lán)細(xì)菌中作為主要的藻膽蛋白發(fā)生，在一些紅藻中作為次生的藻膽蛋白發(fā)生。AAT Bioquest研發(fā)的RPE、APC試劑及試劑盒被國(guó)內(nèi)外科研人員靈活運(yùn)用，達(dá)到不俗的科研成果。
