數據分析

        在活的非凋亡細胞中，膜聯蛋白V-iFluor 594檢測非誘導細胞中的先天性細胞凋亡，其通常為所有細胞的2-6％。 在凋亡細胞中，膜聯蛋白V-iFluor 594與磷脂酰絲氨酸結合，磷脂酰絲氨酸位于細胞膜的外部小葉上，導致染色強度增加。
