FT-103Natural packing density meter

一、執行標準  Administer Standard

是依據國家標準GB/T 16913.3-1997的規定設計、生產。本裝置適用于粉塵堆積密度的測定。

The standard is designed and manufactured according to the national standard GB/T 16913.3-1997.This device applies to the measurement of powder packing density.

二、原理Principle：

粉塵從漏斗口在一定高度自由落下充滿量杯；測定松裝狀態下量杯內單位體積粉塵的質量，即粉塵堆積密度。

powder freely drop from  hopper opening at a certain height to full of measuring cup. Measure the mass of unit volume  in measuring cup  , namely powder bulk density

三、技術規格Technical specifications

漏斗(流出口直徑12.7mm) Funnel (outlet diameter 12.7mm)

漏斗不銹鋼材料制成，其中漏斗錐度為60°±0.5

Funnel is made of SS material, in which the funnel taper is 60°±0.5.

量杯容積：100ml    The measuring cup volume: 100ml

配置附件：下料堵塞棒，毛刷，鋼尺Configuration accessories: blanking blocking rod, wool brush, steel ruler
