(1)留意帶密封軸承不可用本法清洗，密封的內(nèi)部應(yīng)堅(jiān)持原樣不可清洗。

(2)應(yīng)將裝配外表用干凈的汽油、煤油、甲苯或二甲苯等溶液清洗干凈，并用干凈的抹布擦干，再涂上薄薄一層光滑油，這樣可使裝置操作起來(lái)便當(dāng)效率。

(2) The assembly surface should be cleaned with clean gasoline, kerosene, toluene or xylene solution, wiped with a clean cloth, and then coated with a thin layer of smooth oil, so that the device can be operated easily and efficiently.

(3)臨裝置時(shí)翻開(kāi)泰州NSK軸承封裝，將它浸入上述汽油等液體中以手輕緩地轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，要保證堅(jiān)持架，滾動(dòng)體以及滾道外表的封裝油徹底被清洗干凈。

(3) When facing the device, open the package of Taizhou NSK bearing, immerse it in the above-mentioned gasoline and other liquids and rotate gently by hand, so as to ensure that the holder, rolling element and the packing oil on the raceway surface are thoroughly cleaned.

(4)清洗大量軸承時(shí)，先用溫度為90～100℃的熱機(jī)油淋燙以使封裝油凝結(jié)，同時(shí)用無(wú)縫口且不落屑的工具挖凈全部舊油，再淋燙幾分鐘，然后用煤油沖洗去機(jī)油，最后再用汽油清洗一遍。清洗干凈后，應(yīng)戴上薄膜手套將泰州NSK軸承放在工作臺(tái)上的干凈的布上或紙上晾干。

(4) When cleaning a large number of bearings, first use hot engine oil at 90-100 degrees Celsius to condensate the package oil, at the same time use seamless and non-chipping tools to dig out all the old oil, then rinse the oil with kerosene for a few minutes, and finally wash it with gasoline. After cleaning, wear thin film gloves to dry Taizhou NSK bearings on clean cloth or paper on the worktable.
