進(jìn)口軸承的安裝應(yīng)根據(jù)軸承結(jié)構(gòu)、尺寸和軸承部件的匹配性質(zhì)而定。壓力應(yīng)直接施加在配合環(huán)的端面上，壓力不應(yīng)通過滾動(dòng)件傳遞。

Installation of imported bearings should be based on bearing structure, size and matching nature of bearing components. The pressure should be applied directly on the end face of the mating ring, and the pressure should not be transferred through the rolling parts.

1。壓力配合

1. Pressure fit

當(dāng)進(jìn)口軸承的內(nèi)環(huán)與軸緊密配合，外環(huán)與軸承座孔松配合時(shí)，可先用壓具將軸承壓在軸上，再將軸與淮安INA軸承一起裝入軸承座孔中。壓裝時(shí)，將軟金屬材料制成的裝配套（銅或軟鋼）墊在軸承內(nèi)環(huán)的端面上。裝配套管的內(nèi)徑應(yīng)略大于軸頸的內(nèi)徑，裝配套管的外徑應(yīng)大于軸承的外徑。內(nèi)環(huán)邊緣稍微小一些，以避免對(duì)保持架產(chǎn)生壓力。當(dāng)軸承外圈與軸承座孔緊密配合，內(nèi)圈與軸松配合時(shí)，可先將軸承壓入軸承座孔，配合管的外徑應(yīng)略小于軸承座孔的直徑。如果軸承環(huán)與軸和座孔緊密配合，內(nèi)外環(huán)應(yīng)同時(shí)壓入軸和座孔中。裝配套的結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)同時(shí)擰緊軸承內(nèi)外環(huán)的端面。

When the inner ring of the imported bearing is closely matched with the shaft and the outer ring is loosely matched with the bearing seat hole, the bearing can be first pressed on the shaft with a press, and then the shaft and Huaian INA bearing are loaded into the bearing seat hole together. When pressing, the assembly sleeve (copper or mild steel) made of soft metal material is padded on the end face of the inner ring of the bearing. The inner diameter of the assembled casing should be slightly larger than that of the journal, and the outer diameter of the assembled casing should be larger than that of the bearing. The inner ring edge is slightly smaller to avoid pressure on the cage. When the outer ring of the bearing is closely matched with the bearing seat hole and the inner ring is loosely matched with the shaft, the bearing can be pressed into the bearing seat hole first, and the outer diameter of the matching pipe should be slightly smaller than the diameter of the bearing seat hole. If the bearing ring is closely matched with the shaft and the seat hole, the inner and outer rings shall be pressed into the shaft and the seat hole at the same time. The structure of the assembly sleeve should tighten the end face of the inner and outer rings of the bearing at the same time.

通過加熱進(jìn)口軸承或淮安INA軸承座，通過熱膨脹將緊配合轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樗膳浜稀＿@是一種常見且省力的安裝方法。該方法適用于大擾動(dòng)軸承的安裝。熱負(fù)荷前，將軸承或可分離軸承的套圈放入油箱，在80-100℃下均勻加熱，然后將套圈從油中取出，并盡快裝到軸上。為了防止冷凝后內(nèi)環(huán)端面與軸肩不緊密配合，冷凝后可軸向擰緊軸承。當(dāng)軸承外圈與輕金屬軸承座緊密配合時(shí)，可采用加熱軸承座的熱裝方法，避免接觸面劃傷。用油罐加熱淮安INA軸承時(shí)，應(yīng)在距油罐底部一定距離處設(shè)置網(wǎng)孔，或用鉤子掛上軸承。軸承不應(yīng)放置在油箱底部，以防止凹陷的雜質(zhì)進(jìn)入軸承或加熱不均勻。油箱內(nèi)bi須安裝溫度計(jì)，嚴(yán)格控制油溫不超過100攝氏度，防止回火，降低殼體硬度。

By heating the imported bearing or Huaian INA bearing seat, the tight fit is transformed into loose fit by thermal expansion. This is a common and labor-saving installation method. This method is suitable for installation of large disturbance bearing. Before the heat load, the rings of bearings or separable bearings are put into the oil tank and heated uniformly at 80-100 C. Then the rings are removed from the oil and loaded onto the shaft as soon as possible. In order to prevent the end face of the inner ring from not tightly matching with the shoulder after condensation, the bearing can be tightened axially after condensation. When the outer ring of the bearing is closely matched with the light metal bearing seat, the hot charging method of heating the bearing seat can be adopted to avoid scratches on the contact surface. When heating Huaian INA bearing with oil tank, mesh holes should be set at a certain distance from the bottom of the tank, or the bearing should be hooked. Bearings should not be placed at the bottom of the tank to prevent sunken impurities from entering the bearing or uneven heating. The Bi in the tank should be installed with thermometer, strictly control the oil temperature not to exceed 100 degrees Celsius, prevent tempering and reduce the hardness of the shell.
